And now, my review:
From Breakfast to Salad to Soup to Main Dishes it’s all there in 100 recipes in this one.  This is the type of cookbook that puts ideas into motion.  Even if you are not a full Vegan like me you’ll enjoy this one full of whole food and plant-based recipes.  It gave me such great ideas to get the staying power in my food and enjoy the flavors all at once.
